The Florian in Weymouth is housed in a historic building, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. We offer cosy Studio rooms for you to enjoy while you explore the beautiful County of Dorset. There is free off road parking with further free parking available in street opposite.  
All rooms have en-suite shower or bathrooms and a handy kitchenette. These have microwave, air-fryer, toaster, kettle  fridge/freezer, table & chairs and all dishes that you need to enjoy breakfast or light meal.  Guests are welcome to have takeaway's delivered. Very useful if travelling with young children or tired after exploring all day.  
For the convenience of Guests, there is a Free to Use Laundry room on top floor.  We have free Wi-Fi.  Guests have keyless Check-in and can come and go freely.

The owner is available if needed but otherwise you are left to enjoy your privacy.

This bright and airy room is on the ground floor with kitchenette.  The room has a double bed and two single beds, plus cot and highchair available for infants. The large bay window overlooks the garden.  The en-suite bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet with family seat and washbasin.

Double Room 2

This cosy room is on the 1st floor looking over the garden. There is a double bed (4'6") and en-suite with shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels and toiletries provided. Heated towel rail in winter. Also with the convenience of kitchennette.

Twin Room 3

This comfortable room has Twin single beds. The room comes complete with a kitchenette, table & chairs and dishes. The en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. Towels and toiletries are provided and heated towel rail in winter.  This room is at the front of the house and may have a little traffic noise

Family Room 4

This lovely Family room with a double and 2 single beds has lovely views from the windows with glimpses of the sea.  The room comes complete with a kitchenette, table & chairs and dishes. The en-suite has shower,  toilet and washbasin. Towels and toiletries are provided and heated towel rail in winter.

Scored 9:  Excellent location a short walk away from centre of town. Room was very comfortable and facilities in the room were good. Liked that the room had a microwave and small kitchenette so that you could make your own breakfast and the welcome pack of breakfast items was good.
